The apartment complex Ferrera Pins was constructed in 1988 upside the beach of Cala Ferrera and consists of several three storeyed houses.

Perfect Mallorca manages and operates in this facility starting form the season 2009 twenty apartments; nineteen with one-bedroom (Type A) and one with two bedrooms (type B). All apartments are air-conditioned (cold / hot) and completely renovated and re-furnished in 2006. Depending from the situation of the apartment one has from the balcony a nice overview of the environment or in the garden.

Only the apartment Type B is located directly at the beach and does have there for a beautiful view to the beach and the bay.

The sandy beach of Cala Ferrera is only five minutes to go.
